Sight Software's Process Intelligence solution combines data from the process execution infrastructure with business data (from existing data warehouses) that is linked to individual process instances. Process Intelligence allows process managers to analyze process performance with regard to the business objects that were manipulated in the individual process instances. These process performance insights can then be converted to actionable strategic and tactical process improvement activities.
